OBJECTIVE

With their services and clientele growing in parallel, they found their old website less appealing.The CHSC approached Digital Gravity to revamp their site and make it distinctive with a futuristic design.

The existing website was not attracting new visitors. They wanted our team to implement trendy design ideas and follow best SEO practices to increase user engagement and boost visibility.

THE CHALLENGE

Besides putting all the core services at front, the stakeholders wanted to introduce new facilities like online appointment, result tracking, certificate status, customer reviews, etc.

And above all, they wanted to create a User Experience that would ensure easy navigability for the users. Extended research and constant iterations were required to craft such a design and experience.

Our Solution

After extensive planning, our team devised a modern and friendly User Experience that anyone could navigate easily. To complement the design, our team designed aesthetic visuals from scratch to incorporate in the pages where appropriate.

We integrated a feedback system so users could share their feedback directly with the center. Also, some other functionalities were introduced including online test results, appointment booking and reminders, etc.
