It was launched in 2024 to focus on building waterfront communities in areas like Dubai Islands and Dubai Maritime City. Beyond Development has delivered projects Hado and Kanyon, featuring world-class architecture and modern living standards.
The Ajman-based real estate developer was established in 1998. Beyond Developments is one of the largest and fastest growing providers of residential, commercial, and industrial properties with over 20 years of experience. Among many of its accolades and remarkable achievements, it has been recognized as the ‘Best Real Estate Agency’ by the Arabian Property Awards 2020-21. But they had no mobile app to show for it and couldn’t connect with their audience. This is where Digital Gravity came in.

Beyond network is increasing and that’s why the company Beyond Development thought of building a broker app that can manage leads, listings, and clients in an easy way.
Overview
Beyond Development is a luxury real estate developer in the UAE that builds design-driven properties. Due to their network increase, they required a broker app and asked Digital Gravity to help them build it. Their app idea was to allow users to access listings, lead tracking, and viewing schedules through one app. The app was built to boost Beyond Development’s productivity, speeding up their responses, and also helping their sales team work smarter and faster from anywhere through the app.

What We Delivered
We created a fast, easy-to-use mobile app with a clean, simple design. AI personalization helped brokers find relevant leads and insights quickly, while clear visuals made listings and performance easy to understand. Calm colors and small animations made the experience stress-free. Security was strong, using biometrics, SSL, OAuth 2.0, and OWASP standards. The app was built natively with real-time data through WebSockets and a secure backend, ensuring speed, reliability, and scalability. After thorough testing for speed, security, and usability, brokers could use the app effortlessly, helping Beyond streamline sales and empower its network.
