Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into elegant design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI standards.
• Mentor junior designers and review design work.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and design best practices.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
