Mid-Level SQA

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should have a solid background in software testing and quality assurance, along with relevant experience in the industry. This is an urgent hiring, and candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Review software bug reports and highlight problem areas.
• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.
• Collaborate within the team and across teams to meet deliveries.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of work experience in SQA is required.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Must be available to join immediately as this is an urgent hiring.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Must have knowledge of Web and Mobile Application functions, Bug fixing, and Testing protocols.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
