Mid Level - Project Manager

Job Description

Digital Gravity is urgently looking for a Mid Level Project Manager who is well-versed in English. Someone who can join immediately, or on minimum notice would be preferred.

The ideal candidate should be a bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science or any equivalent degree preferably with 2 to 4 years of agency experience.

Skills Required

• Project planning tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
• Clear understanding of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance concepts.
• Self-motivated and committed to deadlines.
• Soft Skills including moderation and facilitation.
• Presentation and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Closely manage and drive projects, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Daily reporting to management and directors.
• Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
• Motivate team and manage unforeseen challenges.
• Develop a technological development plan that meets the needs of both the business and users with technical specifications, high-level system architecture, wireframes, timeline, and budget.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities to the team.
• Document all technical specifications and associate project deliverables.
• Study client business processes and functional requirements to design solutions accordingly.
• Provide technical assistance to the Sales team/Account Managers in proposal meetings/ongoing project meetings with clients.
