Digital Account Manager

Full-Time / On-site / Dubai

About the Role

Digital Gravity is seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Account Manager to join our Dubai team. The role involves managing key client accounts, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing client relationships, preferably within a digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Manage and retain client accounts while identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.
  • Brief teams on monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly deliverables aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present campaign pitches and proposals to clients.
  • Obtain client approvals and feedback and ensure implementation by relevant teams.
  • Maintain and back up all client-related data and documentation.
  • Ensure all financial aspects of client accounts are managed and reconciled.
  • Maintain and update account status sheets.
  • Ensure monthly performance reports are prepared and shared within the first week of each month.
  • Prepare kick-off decks and support account kick-offs alongside the line manager.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Diploma or certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
Experience & Skills
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising, specifically in client servicing or account management.
  • Prior experience working on the agency side is preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage teams and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a people-oriented professional.
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Social media platforms, trends, and relevant tools
    • PR and influencer marketing
    • PPC, paid social, performance marketing, and lead generation
    • SEO and marketplace marketing
