Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing key accounts. The successful candidate will spearhead lead generation initiatives, develop and execute sales strategies, provide tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to create value-driven strategies and reporting on business metrics will also be integral to this role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the technology and digital solutions sector.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Lead sales and business development initiatives, including lead generation and prospecting.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide customized solutions aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven strategies.
- Track and report business metrics, sales performance, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Strong experience in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated sales and business development skills in technology and digital solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet targets.
- Knowledge of digital solutions, including Web Development, Digital Marketing, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Native English speaker; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
