Qualification:

BSCS

Experience:

1 to 2 years of working experience.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Project planning tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project)
  • Time management
  • Challenge oriented
  • Concepts of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.
  • Self-motivated & committed to deadline
  • Soft Skills including moderation & facilitation
  • Presentation, and conflict management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Closely manage and drive projects, roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and resource management
  • Daily reporting to directors, clients, and sales team on progress
  • Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
  • Motivate team and manage unforeseen challenges
  • Develop a technological development plan that meets the needs of both the business and users with technical specifications, high-level system architecture, wireframes, timeline, and budget.
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities to the team.
  • Documents all technical specifications and associate project deliverables.
  • Studying client business processes and functional requirements in order to design solutions accordingly
  • Leading Technical assistance to Sales team/Account Managers in proposal meetings/ ongoing projects meetings with clients.
